Biography

Zachary Kraft is a Senior Analyst in the Capital Markets Group of Cushman & Wakefield, where he works alongside James P. Nelson, Vice Chairman, focusing on investment sales in the New York Metro Area.

Prior to joining the team, Zachary worked as an associate in Cushman & Wakefield’s Professional Real Estate Program (PREP), an intensive 12-month rotational program for a select group of graduates, through a range of different service lines. While in the program, Zachary worked with some of the top professionals in the business and accrued skills in research, investment sales, equity, debt and structured finance (EDSF), and office leasing on both the tenant and agency representation sides.

Earlier, Zachary was an intern at Cushman & Wakefield where he worked in Global Occupier Services (formerly Corporate Occupier & Investor Services) on the Transaction Management team. He also worked as an Acquisitions & Asset Management Intern at Sovereign Partners, a boutique real estate investment firm in New York City. There, he worked alongside principals and senior level management to underwrite office properties across the country.

Zachary graduated from Bucknell University where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with a Minor in International Relations. While at Bucknell, Zachary was involved in Bucknell Business Leaders, the Men’s Club Lacrosse Team, and was an active member of Greek life on campus.
