Michael Tortorici is an Associate working alongside Partner Shimon Shkury. He is responsible for overseeing all sales operations in East Harlem.
Starting his Massey Knakal career as an Intern, Mr. Tortorici was promoted to Associate in 2005 and has since been involved in the sale of over 150 properties totaling $500,000,000 in aggregate consideration. Though his primary focus is Northern Manhattan, he has broad experience in marketing a variety investment property types throughout the New York Tri-State area. He has been a source for numerous publications including The New York Sun, The Real Deal and Real Estate Weekly, among others.
