Jonathan Trock is an Associate in the Capital Markets Group of Cushman & Wakefield focusing on investment sales in Manhattan’s East Harlem neighborhood. He works alongside Robert M. Shapiro, Executive Managing Director, whose team’s territory expands to all of Northern Manhattan.
In this role, Jonathan is responsible for sourcing new business, underwriting, marketing, and overseeing the negotiation process with the sellers’ best interests at heart. Within his first twelve months, Jonathan has been involved in 17 transactions totaling in excess of $267,000,000. Notably, Jonathan and his team closed on the sale of the Fort Riverside Portfolio, an assemblage of buildings that fetched over $100,000,000.
Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Jonathan was a Video Coordinator for University of Maryland’s Basketball, a nationally renowned basketball team, where he facilitated recruiting and managed video analysis of player data. Earlier, Jonathan was an Assistant Trainer for Rob McClanaghan Basketball in Los Angeles, California where he devised strategic workout plans for members of Team USA. He also spent time as a Commercial Brokerage Intern at CB Richard Ellis in Downtown New York.
Jonathan earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from the University of Miami, and is a member of YJP and Steve’s Camp at Horizon Farms.
