Mr. Hageman is currently the Sales Team Manager for Chairman Robert A. Knakal, overseeing the day to day operations of his team which specializes in the Penn Station/Hudson Yards area of Manhattan. Throughout his career he has been involved in the aggregate sale of over $3.5 billion in real estate sales in the New York area. Born and raised in Buffalo, New York, Mr. Hageman graduated from the State University of New York at Albany with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, concentrating in Finance.
Mr. Hageman's career at Massey Knakal began in 2002 as an Information, Technology and Office Administrator, when he directly worked for Vice President Christy Moyle and CEO/Founding Partner Paul Massey. He was later promoted to Associate for Mr. Knakal and has worked with him ever since.
In 2007, Mr. Hageman was the recipient of Massey Knakal's Morton Apfeldorf Award for Integrity and Corporate Citizenship. The award is given annually to a Massey Knakal agent who has distinguished himself or herself by demonstrating unwavering integrity and the highest ethical and professional standards representing Massey Knakal in the marketplace.
In 2009, Mr. Hageman was the recipient of Massey Knakal’s Thomas A. Donovan Award for Excellence. The award is given annually to a Massey Knakal agent who consistently goes above and beyond to promote excellent client service and spirited teamwork in all aspects of the company’s business.
Currently, Mr. Hageman is President of the Massey Knakal Charitable Foundation, which supports charitable causes primarily within New York City and the Tri-State area. A founding member of the board, Mr. Hageman previously held the position of Secretary.
