Ed Gevinski is a Senior Director in the Capital Markets Group of Cushman & Wakefield, where he focuses on investment sales in Brooklyn’s Brownsville, Canarsie, East Flatbush, East New York, Flatlands, and Marine Park neighborhoods. To date, Mr. Gevinski has been involved in over 60 transactions with an aggregate consideration of over $100,000,000. Previously, he was Director of Sales at Massey Knakal Realty Services, which was acquired by Cushman & Wakefield on December 31, 2014.

Mr. Gevinski has been quoted and mentioned by several major publications such as The New York Times, Crain’s New York, Costar Group, Real Estate Weekly, New York Real Estate Journal, Brooklyn Daily Eagle, Bisnow New York, The Real Deal, and

Earlier, Mr. Gevinski was a Teacher at Lawndale High School in Los Angeles, where he taught math, earth science, biology and physical education. During that time he was also the high school football coach, track coach and junior varsity baseball coach.

Mr. Gevinski played football at Kings College in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, then transferred to the State University of New York College at Cortland, where he earned his Bachelor's degree in Physical Education.
