Brian Streilein is a Director in the Capital Markets Group of Cushman & Wakefield, where he works alongside Edward Gevinski, Senior Director, focusing on investment sales in Brooklyn’s Brownsville, Canarsie, East Flatbush, East New York, Flatlands, and Marine Park neighborhoods. To date, he has evaluated and underwritten over 300 properties and executed the sale of approximately 40 transaction with an aggregate value over $75,000,000. Previously, he was an Associate at Massey Knakal Realty Services, which was acquired by Cushman & Wakefield on December 31, 2014.
Earlier, Brian was a professional baseball player for the Houston Astros. He was drafted by the organization in the 2010 MLB First Year Player Draft, and played for four different Minor League teams / levels within the Astros organization.
Brian attended Villanova University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree with a minor in Communication. While at Villanova, he was a starting pitcher for the school’s Division I baseball team. He was also a member of the Marketing Society as well as an ambassador for the Villanova Baseball Alumni Association.
