Biography

Benjamin Efraimov is a Director in the Capital Markets Group of Cushman & Wakefield, where he focuses on investment sales in North Nassau. Previously, he was Director of Sales at Massey Knakal Realty Services, which was acquired by Cushman & Wakefield on December 31, 2014. Since joining Cushman & Wakefield, Benjamin has been involved in approximately $40 million worth of investment sales, and has over 17 years of experience in development, construction, management, and now brokerage.

Earlier, Benjamin served as Operations Manager at Robinhood Properties LLC in Sullivan County, New York, a mid-sized property management company. In that role, he restructured the day-to-day operations, customized the management software, and made significant staffing adjustments. He prepared annual budgets, monitored and reviewed accounts receivable, accounts payable, monthly owners reports, cash flow analysis and pro formas. He supervised and coordinated construction projects, subcontractors, vendors, and maintenance staff for contract requirements and daily operational activities.

Previously, Benjamin served as Principle at Global Developers Group Inc., in Glendale, New York. He was the sole owner of the Real Estate Development and Construction Management Company. Earlier, he spent time as Vice President/Operations Officer at Mijas Hill Development S.A. in Costa Del Sol, Malaga, Spain. There he led teams of professionals in the development of two notable projects, one being a large 144-unit townhouse development and the other a luxury hotel where he negotiated the terms of the operating agreement that brought the renowned hotel brand Radisson’s flagship property to the country.

Benjamin lives in Queens with his wife Emmeline and two children Amelia and Daniel. Also, he speaks Russian and is conversational in Spanish.
