A development site at 61 Park Place, located between 5th and 6th Streets in Brooklyn’s highly desirable Park Slope neighborhood, was sold in an all-cash transaction valued at $5,750,000.

The lot measures 80 feet by 100 feet and comprises approximately 16,100 buildable square feet. Eighty feet of frontage allows for development of four luxury townhouses on an attractive low-rise residential block in Park Slope. The sale price equates to approximately $357 per buildable square foot.

“This site provided a rare opportunity to build townhouses in Park Slope,” said Massey Knakal Director of Sales Stephen Palmese, who exclusively handled this transaction with Senior Vice President of Sales Kenneth Freeman and Senior Associate Winfield Clifford.
