The Manhattan office has handled every type of transaction for the company, two of which demonstrate the versatility of the company's experience. The largest dollar value transaction was the Macklowe Portfolio - seven elevatored apartment buildings throughout Midtown West and the Upper East Side. The portfolio consisted of 362 residential and commercial units, comprised almost 375,000 gross square feet and sold for $179,000,000. Another notable transaction was the sale of 40 East 66th Street - a pre-war elevatored apartment building designed by the famous architect Rosario Candela. The building consisted of 41 residential units and expansive retail space on Madison Avenue. It sold for $158,000,000.
