The building contained approximately 215,000 gross square feet and sold for $101,000,000. Another sale, the Vandeerveer Estates, was comprised of a 59-building residential community consisting of 2,496 units in East Flatbush. The site totaled approximately 21 acres, covered five city blocks and sold for approximately $138,500,000.
